Chief Executive Officer

Alli Marion has recently joined the Rebound Behavioral Health team as Chief Executive Officer. Alli recently worked through the CEO in Training program at Southwood Hospital in Pittsburg, PA. Alli began her career with Acadia at Mount Carmel Behavioral Health in Columbus, Ohio as an HR Director for 2 years. Prior to Acadia Alli worked in the LTACH setting serving as an HR Professional for Select Medical for 5 years and an outpatient behavioral/mental health facility in the Northwest of Ohio.
Alli graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration and further pursued her education at Tiffin University with a Master’s in Human Resources. Alli is excited to explore and live in one of her favorite areas – the Carolina’s with her fiancé and dog.
